Marathon training starts in earnest on Monday! I'm going to go with 100 miles for this month and active hours, I have no idea. I'm already up to 6.5 and it's only the 3rd. (There was lots of aikido to start the new year. At dawn. Because we are a special kind of nuts.)
(I'm off for 45day Australia holiday from the middle of the month. I'm fairly sure I will not get a lot of _running_ in while there. Active hours on the other hand my just skyrocket...)
