OK so i forgot yesterday!

There was a lot going on for me including an 8.5 mile run (and marathon race pace is hard, y'all. I don't remember it being this hard!) 2 hours of improv play (yes, i am learning to do comedy off the top of my head in a group. it's extremely silly.) and a choir concert [personal profile] temve's after which we had to bike home wearing inappropriate clothing in a freezing rain...

So today here's what we're doing. Chime in with a useful runner phrase or two in your native language or any other language that you care to add here.

I'll start:

Good Luck
Viel Glück/Viel Erfolg (because German's don't believe in luck, they believe in success)
Bonne chance
Lycka til (that's Swedish in case you're wondering. I chatted with a Swede at a marathon once)

Are you doing improv in English or in German? If the latter, I'm seriously impressed.

Du er der snart!

"You're almost there!" - always yelled by non-runner spectators 3 km from the finish…

Yeah, ok, not useful ^___^
