First November check-in post!
All weekend, I've been wandering around thinking, "It feels like there's something I'm forgetting... Did I pay the bills? Turn off the stove? Send grandma a birthday card? What is this nagging feeling that I'm not doing something I'm supposed to be doing?"
Um, Hi. *FACEPALM* Yeah, I intended to write the check-in post on Friday, and tally up the total distance by Sunday evening, with pretty pictures of Scotland's scenery and all that.
Check in here with your distance/active hours, and I'll see what I can do about being less absent-minded about my hosting duties, this month! Thanks for your tolerance.

I did run for 800m and rowed for about 1000m during these workouts...

So far I have run 10.3 miles in November. I also have 1.3 hours of bicycling because I'm going nuts not running, and another 40 minutes or so of core/stretch/weights, so let's call it 2 active hours (which I didn't commit to any!)

I'm going to attempt a run today for the first time in about 2 weeks. Wish me luck!

Well. Maybe I can count 6 active hours of Archery? That ... is activity and core strength and things like that? Maybe?
*resolves to do better*

Walking distance: 10 miles total. {I've been forbidden to run. :-( }
