I ran once so far since the Steamtown Marathon -- 6 miles. Though I did walk every day. I'm going to run one more time this week, and then run the Marine Corps Marathon on Sunday.

I'm going to attempt Frankfurt marathon on Sunday despite being in the middle of a spoon-stealing ulcerative colitis flare and not having run in pretty much a month. I managed all my long runs but the very last one, so maybe that will help.

28 miles, including a half-marathon yesterday. It went pretty well! Also 1.5 active hours.

I don't have specific plans for this week - maybe 20 miles?

Better. I set myself a modest target, 3 runs plus join the gym, and I made it. Once on the hateful treadmill, one rather decent 5K, and one short crappy run that at least hit my goal of three.

For week 4 I want to run at least 12 km, in whatever mixture of outdoors and treadmill, short and long runs works out.

I went running! Only 5km but I don't care, I actually went out and could breathe and all that.
And some awesome active climbing time as well.


Plan for this week is to run more then 20km. Starting back up small I guess.
