October weekly challenge/check-ins!
Welp, since there wasn't a stampede for taking on October, I'll try out an alternate format this month:
Every Monday (today being a very late first Monday), I'll ask what you hope to accomplish exercise-wise this week.
The following Monday I'll ask how it went, and what's on the agenda/wish-list for the coming week.
So, what do you hope to accomplish this week, some of which you may already have accomplished, it being Friday?

And to race this weekend, but waking up with a very sory throat and heavy head this morning does not bode well :/

If you're not naturally active, it's the hardest thing in the world, but if you can do other types of exercises that don't strain your knee, it can help your conditioning, but even more your mind. Letting myself do mini exercises has worked very well for me.
For example, it'd be awesome to get up to 100 squats a day, but if that's my goal, I get overwhelmed and disheartened and end up not doing any. So instead I have to do 7 squats 3 times a week. I can do that - and in practice, I usually do more, too, but the stated and super-duper ok goal has to be only 7 squats, so it always seems doable :)
(I wish someone had told me this as a kid/teen, *sigh*.)
