*sigh* well according to Garmin, i ran 86 miles this month, just over half of the expected mileage. Getting sick in the middle of things is definitely not what I'd intended and my BQ attempt this month is completely off the table.
I think other hours, biking and aikido is something like 40, but I really haven't been keeping track...
It felt good for me to have a month of running without a specific goal in mind, being a 'supernumerary' for the team this time. Having said that, I'm ready to get back into the swing of a challenge.
