September challenge: week 1 totals

So, how's the first week of running round Wales been for all of you? Please comment with your mileage and active hours. I'll calculate how far along we are in a few days - I reckon we might have completed the Bristol Channel section and turned north along the Irish Sea.

I'm a "supernumerary" this month, since I expect fitting anything in my schedule will be difficult, but...

Running distance: 7 miles
Active hours: 2.5
