September challenge: week 1 totals

So, how's the first week of running round Wales been for all of you? Please comment with your mileage and active hours. I'll calculate how far along we are in a few days - I reckon we might have completed the Bristol Channel section and turned north along the Irish Sea.

18 miles run so far (going running right now to add to that mileage ;), and 5.75 active hours!
