August goals!

Since I was all, Who wants to captain August?, and you were all, *whistles innocently*, I will continue through August - July/August is kind of one month, anyways :)

liv will take over in September, which I will have forgotten, because all I will be thinking about, is going to visit ilanarama, so remind me!

100 miles, 6 active hours. I have underestimated my mileage the last few months, so I'm trying to be more ambitious in my goal for August.
