August goals!

Since I was all, Who wants to captain August?, and you were all, *whistles innocently*, I will continue through August - July/August is kind of one month, anyways :)

liv will take over in September, which I will have forgotten, because all I will be thinking about, is going to visit ilanarama, so remind me!

Since what's kept me from volunteering to captain is a one-week vacation at the end of the month during which myself and ell will be mostly incommunicado on account of biking down the Rhine, I'm going to have low running mileage and high activity hours this time round:

50 miles run / 40 hours of activity
