30 miles running for the month - I made it past my goal (which was exceedingly low, but still. yay!)
Active hours: a nice, round 50 hours for the month. I tried to bike more to balance out the knee issues, and it worked well in my schedule, despite this week's heat.
I've had another of those months where I spent the last week hiking instead of running. So 29/25 active hours or 114%, including 6½ hours doing a 17 km hike yesterday, woo! But only 32/40 km of actual running, 81%. If I can manage to run Tuesday and Thursday, which ought to be doable, I'll just squeeze in my goal of 40 km.

But if I look at it as two Tough Mudders and some assorted scrambling around those it looks like a lot more :D
