Which way ought we to go? Which path will lead us to Lothlorien?



Well, because we're such intrepid adventurers, why not take the mountainous route, followed by the Long Dark!?!? I say, adding some snowboarding time in the mountains and some spelunking (and you can do that troll-hammering thing you do so well, ell) will be just the ticket to keep our running bodies healthfully exercised.

In other words... CHECK IN! I'll be tallying our distance and posting our progress on Sunday evening, May 25.

I've managed to play catch-up on my running this week, for a total of 63.3 miles this month so far. (I nearly doubled my total for the month in just over a week's time, GO ME!) My knees are starting to complain a bit, so I'll back off from the 10 miles on consecutive days and return to short-short-long for my running schedule.

No additional active hours this week, because I put all the effort into running. total of 7.5 for the month.
