This week's distance was a bit curtailed due to my antibiotic ("Cipro") having the restriction "avoid vigorous, high-impact exercise; risk of tendon rupture." O.O Yeah, I don't think I'll use that one again, unless there's really no other alternative.

I did go to a yoga class yesterday, and I may try water-running, since it looks like the kidney stone problem won't be solved for another month or two. :( Hopefully just one, because I would like to run at least one of my favorite spring 5ks!
