We haven't done a check-in post for a while, and (at least here) it's midsummer and the running is lovely (provided you get out early in the morning)!

Well, I ought to say something too, right? I sprained my ankle while hiking in England about five weeks ago, and have only been running again for two weeks, but things feel back on track now. No race plans at the moment other than a vague intention to run the local half marathon in October and CIM (California International Marathon) in December.

I had to give up one day and take a taxi instead, but was able to complete the rest of the journey without problems. I would have been so upset if I couldn't!
