I feel like that's slightly different? Because that's still selling the bib at an official price point, even if it's not the price you paid for it.

I immediately interpreted this question to be about "scalping" bibs for extremely popular races that sell out--yes, I think it's fine to sell your bib if you can't run it, and yes, demand is very high so economically you can get more money for it, but man, that seems greedy to me, especially when a lot of races donate some proceeds to charities, plus it means that richer runners get to run the races they want to and runners with less money don't. Blegh.
