If you ran more than once a week it wouldn't wipe you as much! (But you knew that.)

I'm not wiped from running - I haven't run :) ! - but from having very long days away from home this week + some emotional stuff on top.

After going shopping I gave myself the rest of the day off, and I'm happy with that decision :)
