It's been about a month since the last one, so let's have a check-in. How goes your running? Done any races, or are you planning any in the spring (or fall, for the Antipodeans among us)? If you're a new member of this community, why not introduce yourself?

I'm a little late to the check-in, I apologize! I am super stoked about my new training schedule for the Crescent City Classic 10k. I've missed the deadline to register, but picked up the training brochure at a sporting goods store this weekend (so I'll be ready for the next 10k that comes around). The program alleges I'll be running a 10 miler in 5 weeks! Whaaaaat?! :) We'll have to see about that!
