How was your running last week? Now that (Northern Hemisphere) spring is on its way, do you have any races planned?

Last week I wrote up and posted a short history of my running life - how I got to where I am now in my running. I'd love it if the members of this community did the same!

Whatever works for you! I don't have the same foot condition as you - I have some ankle tendon problems that are worsened by not having enough arch support, so that is really all I need, nothing specific. I think it's smart to do what the doctor says.
