Hello, runners! Congratulations to those of you who raced this past weekend (and thanks for posting links to race reports here). If you didn't race, tell us how your last week of running was, and what your plans are for the upcoming week.

Woohoo! I will be running slightly longer that same day, so if you start feeling weak you had better suck it up. :-)

Eep, I tried going on the route today and got a bad stitch in the first ten minutes. It's going to take an awful lot of sucking up (or, you know, walking). :(

One bad run doesn't mean a thing! Run well this week, take a couple of days off before the race, and nail that puppy!
