Last week - I ran most days, and I'm enjoying it! I've reached the stage where I pull on my running gear on autopilot. No need to talk myself into it any longer.

Oh, that's wonderful. I think that makes a huge difference - when you're looking forward to running, rather than thinking, "ugh, I have to get up and run." It just becomes a part of your life!
