Weekly Check-In

How are your last weeks of summer (winter for those down under) training going? Any races coming up for you?

Quote for today is from yours truly:
Running makes us feel alive and keeps the demons at bay so we run. It's not a competition with anyone else and that includes our past selves and our future selves. We run because it makes us feel good.

And a question - what's your favorite running music?

*g* Running to Irish folk sounds interesting. The best method for me to keep a steady pace is counting my breaths in my head.

I do this too! It also serves as a rough measure of distance traveled, though I like to check that with the Google Maps distance measurement tool as well.
