Weekly check-in

"In running, it doesn't matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say, 'I have finished.' There is a lot of satisfaction in that."
-Fred Lebow, New York City Marathon co-founder

What did you accomplish this week? What was your favorite running experience?

What are your goals for next week?

I've been having a slow week. I should've been doing week 4 of couch to 5k, and I know I can do it because I did it once, but I'm having trouble motivating myself to get out of the apartment. Hopefully posting here will make me run today!

I just started week four today! It's not too tough once you get started, though I found it daunting to look at. Good luck!

Thanks! Yeah, day one wasn't too difficult; it wasn't the running that got me, just the starting to run. But now I've just come back from my day two, and it was beautiful out. That always helps!

WHEE GO US!

Bwahahaha, this comment staved off my laziness! Now I'm all sweaty and puffed out, as a good couchto5ker ought to be.
