45km. I'm happy with the distances but my speed for things like the 5k race/run on Sunday seems to have fallen of a cliff since Christmas. Don't know if its the 2kg I put on over the festive period, the week I couldn't get out running, or if I have some kind of vague sub-clinical lurgy but I'm irritated by it.
Managed to run in sub-zero temperatures and blazing sunshine yesterday, current monthly total is at 16 miles. Also managed 1 hour of biking and 1.5 hour of swimming with the wife :)
