Hi there runners! Anyone up for a September challenge? Nothing fancy, I'll just do a weekly check-in and month-end round up post.

If you're interested, comment with your goals for miles/km and/or active hours for the month. And if you're working toward any specific running/exercise goals, that would be fun to hear about, too.

That sounds great, thank you! I'm going for 20 miles and 4 active hours this month, with the goal of finishing the Disneyland Star Wars 10K/Half Marathon (on back-to-back days; I'm doing both) in January.
