1. I forgot to count one yoga class, so I actually made it to 7 classes \o/ ! Running, however, was severely impeded by two-week cold, so only made 31.5 km.
14.5 for this last week, which puts me at 42 miles, slightly over my goal! That also includes my first 10k, which can basically be summed up as "100% humidity is a terrible thing." February goals: 45 miles, and since I'm hoping to bike to classes, 6 active hours. Thank you for running this!
123 total miles in January due to getting rather sick last week (and then hiking on the weekend instead of running). I'm glad I was conservative with my goal!
Yay for small goals \o/ ! Though if I've been away for running for weeks, even 5 km would be too much in one go - my knees/ankles are pathetic and need slooow conditioning…
No worries, my problems are never actually with knees, ankles or anything real. I'm just lazy and need to kick myself to actually go outside. I'll be fine xD
