April goals!
Runners, we are starting April with a blank slate.
Give me your running goals and active hours here and I'll set us up a spreadsheet and figure out where we are going to be running this time!
(posting this from visiting my dad in the hospital - not to worry too much, he's having some blood pressure and heart issues that are non life threatening, but definitely a warning to all of us to keep running, stay healthy, and not turn into fat old men who smoke)

My goal: Ok, so I totally failed entirely at running in March. *insert excuses and annoyances here* I'm going to couch-to-5K myself back up to being able to run six miles at a stretch by the end of this month, in whatever way I can. I expect this will look like the following:
week 1: run 10 miles, active 4 hours
week 2: run 15 miles (25 total), active 6 hours
week 3: run 20 miles (45 total) active 4 hours (only so much free time in life!)
week 4: run 25 miles (70 total), active 4 hours
We shall see if this is too ambitious. I think I can I think I can I think I can... :-)

Running: I'm going to keep this very simple, as it's still challenging to go out when there isn't much light in the evening and daily child care mostly falls to me. I'd like to go out twice this month, and I'll aim to run 5 km each time.

(Good luck to your dad!)

I'm hoping to run again. :-( Okay, here is a goal: 100 miles and 4 hours.
