Together we've travelled 1,215.0 miles or 1,955.0 km in July, or 112.2 % of our collective goal!

Map of journey fourth week from AUSTRIA to CROATIA?!!

On this second-longest leg, we visited a record four countries in one week.

Picking up in Austria, we passed through Innsbruck, Austria's fifth-largest city.

We swung through a corner of Italy, but we all know Italy from movies and restaurants, so we went east back through Austria, through amongst others the city of Spittal an der Drau, famous for being called Spittal an der Drau.

An exciting turn south-east saw us cross the border to Slovenia, and pass through the capital of Ljubljana, where sadly I didn't go on my big highschool trip, because my classmates were smallminded and could only relate to more well-known European capitals.

Continuing south-east we crossed the border to Croatia, almost making it to the capital of Zagreb.

One leg to go!

No takers for August captain? I'll keep track of goals and updates, but even my simple map-idea was much more work than anticipated, so if I continue, it'll be raw numbers only :)

Wow, almost to Zagreb, that's amazing. I've really enjoyed this European route, thank you for making it happen. I can't volunteer for August as I'm away for half the month, but I can do September, if you like?
