Together we travelled 264.3 miles or 425.5 km, or 24.4 % of our collective goal!
We started off at the northern-most tip of Denmark,temve and franzi1981 kindly doing the ceremonial "one-foot-in-each-sea" on all of our behalf :)
We headed down through the Jutland peninsulae, passing Aalborg, Denmark's fourth biggest town/city, and Aarhus, Denmark's second biggest city.
Point of interest: While we were passing through Aalborg, it was actually Denmark's fifth biggest city, due to the tent camp at the Roskilde Festival being Denmark's fourth biggest city for that week.
We made it past the Danish/German border, and almost to Schleswig, Germany.
So, where do we want to go next? Keep on south and see if we can make it all the way to the German/Austrian border? Or head west for the Benelux tour and [ba-ri], or maybe east for Eastern Europe - Budapest, maybe?
