Final May Check-In!

The Fellowship has arrived... but where are we? Please comment here with your totals for the month, both miles run and active hours.

Every little bit helps!

I'll give a couple days for folks to get around to leaving their totals, and then I'll post our progress for May. Thanks everyone for playing along this month!

26.7/35 miles = 76.3% /o\
12.5/7 hours = 178.6% \o/ \o/ \o/

I've been running less to try and spare my knee/ankle a bit, but walking more instead. I walked over 40 miles in May; supremely proud!

Active hours sound a lot more doable on screen than they actually are.

Well done on mileage!

My May totals: 92 miles, and 10.5 active hours. Good weather and a less busy work schedule let me run quite a few more miles than I had planned! Or maybe it was fear of the orcs and Balrog that inspired me. :)

53km/150km = 35%
15h/25h = 60%

This was not a good month to reach goals. But I finished my race and did do some climbing. It's still better than nothing :D

Well, I only managed 85 of 100 miles running (I knew May was going to be a bad month for that what with the marathon recovery followed immediately by holiday, but I managed to miss, shorten, or skip way too many runs)

But I did contribute 28 hours (8 more than the original 20) of other activity including a 10 mile hike through a gorge, 12 km of kayaking, and 4060 sword cuts. If it helps the group, go ahead and add the hike to my running and then subtract 5 hours from the other. It seems fair since my calves are still sore from it...

I am, amazingly, up from my estimates of both, with 247 miles run and 4.5 hours of core torture.

70.4 miles total - yes, most of that is still the marathon, I've been taking an extended recovery period since. Also, vacation.

Which, since it involved Crete and [personal profile] ell, contributed significantly to my active hours and diversified them - in addition to the usual biking, I also got to do some kayaking (not as much as [personal profile] ell because I managed to get seasick :), snorkeling, and hiking from 1100 metres up all the way down to sea level in a sort of reverse Mount Doom move.

That brings my total of active hours up to 27, yay.

Running miles: 27/25 = 109% Yay!
Active hours: 19/30 = 63% I need to set a less ambitious target next month, or else be better at actually lifting like I planned to.

So, I totally missed this post. I was sick the beginning of the month, so that set me back on everything.

My final total was 116 miles.
7 hours of non-running activity.
