We ran a total of 12 miles today :-) (6 each) that should help :-) And now i know exactly what to say the next time someone wants to get ahead of me and i don't want to let them ;-)
Well, I passed my monthly estimate with my run yesterday (I had backpacking plans for the long weekend and thus wasn't going to run for the past three days, but the weather here was crappy and we bailed on our trip) so I ought to be able to make up for some slackers this week!
Excellent! You ROCK!!! Thanks for making up for those who can't make their intended mileage, for whatever reason. (for me, it's for slackerage, actually.)
