At the moment I'm training for a 30ish mile bike around Manhattan on Nov 7 so while I'm still trying to work out at least 3 times a week a lot more of that focus is going into getting comfortable on the exercise bike. I've also been recently experiencing a lot of pain in my left foot whenever I run (but only when I run) so I've been trying to figure that out. I'd like to get it looked at but I'm not sure how I can do that for not very much money.
