29 miles run and 6.75 hours biked as of yesterday - glorious long run in the sun! :)

5 km on Saturday - finally got my ass off the couch again.

40km run.

37 miles and 3 hours of activity.

64 miles, 1 active hour.

37.5 km and 5 active hours O___o

Tiredness is the worst - hope you find energy for even a tiny little walk/run!

Whoohoo! But how y'all can go from nothing to running 5 km in one go I will never understand :)

Extremely slow, really, calling it "running" is starkly exaggerated. And it didn't feel all that good, too, because I had trouble breathing.

Yeah, allergy season has started for me. Meh.
